Beet soup with vegetables

 
Ingredients:
  • 2 - 3 young beetroots with leaves
  • a carrot
  • half of a leek
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 - 3 cauliflower flowers
  • a celery leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoon of vegetable spice
  • 1 broth cube
  • water (about 1.5 l)
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • half teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 100g of 30% cream
  • parsley leaves
 
Cut vegetables into cubes, pour them with water, add pepper, vegetable spice, broth cube - cook in temperature of 90 Celsius degrees for 30 min.
 
Add vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
 
Pour a little soup into different vessel, mix it with cream - pour it back into soup, boil.
 
Sprinkle with chopped parsley leaves before serving.

Beef sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of clarified butter
  • 250g of beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika powder
  • 1 roast pork broth
  • fresh dill
  • water
  • 1 tablespoon of potato flour

Kashubian herring

Ingredients:
  • 200g herring
  • 2 little onions
  • 3 teaspoons of marjoram
  • 5 dried prunes
  • a handful of raisins (soak in water)
  • 2 teaspoons of sweet red powdered paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato concentrate
  • oil
  • colored pepper

Fish baked in tomatoes and onions

Ingredients:
  • 500g pollack fillets
  • 1.5 teaspoon of Vegeta (vegetable spice)
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • flour
  • frying oil
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper

Ingredients:
  • 250g of milk

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 teaspoon paprika
