Casserole with broccoli, chicken and tomatoes

  • 500g fillets of chicken cruris
  • 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika
  • 1-1.5 teaspoons of Vegeta
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • a little bit of oil
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 30g of butter
  • 30g of flour
  • 400g of milk
  • 1 clove of garlic squeezed through crimping
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of freshly ground nutmeg

Mix the spices with the oil, then add the chicken cut into smaller pieces - mix.
Separate the broccoli florets, larger cut in half, a short (2-3 minute) blanch in salted boiling water.
Blanch the tomatoes, peel, then cut.
Fry the chicken.
Of butter, flour, milk, garlic, salt and nutmeg prepare bechamel sauce.
In baking dish, lay chicken, broccoli, tomatoes - pour the bechamel sauce (you can sprinkle with grated cheese) and bake in preheated oven to 200C for 25-30 minutes.
