Chicken with cranberries and walnuts

  • 600g chicken breast
  • oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons of spice for the golden chicken Knorr
  • 1-1.5 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
  • 1 (incomplete) tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon honey.
  • oil for frying
  • 80g cranberries
  • 40g walnuts
  • 300g cream 30%
Cut chicken into thin strips.
Oil mixed with spices, mix with chicken - set aside in the refrigerator for approx. 30 min.
Onions cut into eighths, fry in hot oil for frying adding a teaspoon of honey, then remove from pan.
Chicken fry gold on the onions' fat, then add cranberries, chopped nuts and vitrified onions - a moment together stew.
Add the cream, stir and bring to a boil.
Serve with fried dumplings or noodles with millet.
