Free Ice cream  Terms and Conditions

In order to qualify for the free gift  the following terms and conditions apply:

 

- The promoter is: TEMPSIDE LTD. t/a POLONEZ Unit 1A Cloverhill Industrial Estate Clondalkin, Dublin 22, Ireland .
- Promotional free ice creams are only available during specific promotional periods.
- This offer is available at all Polonez stores between Friday 1st June to Sunday 3rd June, full list of Polonez stores available on http://www.polonez.ie/en/shops-map.html

- A minimum purchase must be spent.

- The offer applies to children up to 14 years of age.

- Each child must be accompanied by an adult.

- Each qualifying child shall  receive one gift

- A policy of one gift per child per day applies

- The offer is  subject to the availability of the  promotional product

- Where several children accompany the same  purchase,the discretion of the store supervisor in - The distribution of the free gift will be used.

- This offer does not apply to other promotions being run by the company

- The gift on offer is at the discretion of the store supervisor.

- Free Gift may not be exchanged
