Chicken fillets cut on the one side in paned, sprinkle on both sides with lot of amount of freshly ground black pepper and a color pepper and a pinch of salt. Brown it on both sides in hot oil, then fry briefly.
Peel onions and cut into eighths, put on the pan with a teaspoon of sugar - blush.
With half of the pomegranate shell grains, mix the mustard, add the cream - mix and pour into the pan.
WARNING! Peel pomegranates in latex gloves, because the juice colors hands ... especially around the nails.
Shell pomegrenade seeds - add to the sauce, bring to a boil.
Serve eg. with spicy, baked potatoes.
