Cream of celery soup

 
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10g olive oil
  • 1/2 large celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 parsley
  • 1 potato
  • 1 cube vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Vegeta
  • 100g cream cheese natural
  • 100g cream 30%
 
Chop the onion and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. olive oil.
 
Add the chopped vegetables, spices and water - cook 25 minutes. at a temperature of 90C.
 
Mix, add the cheese and cream - boil.
