Dry cupcakes on puff pastry

Delicious, juicy, Express cupcakes with boiled chicken on a puff pastry are an excellent choice for home dinner, and also when unexpected guests visit us.

  • 300g of puff pastry
  • 200g chicken meat (the best of legs)
  • 1 stock cube
  • clarified butter
  • 70g of onion
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 tomato
  • 50g of yellow cheese
  • 50g of mozzarella
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g of cream
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of savory
Cook the chicken by adding the stock cube in a pressure cooker (7 min. from the release of steam)
Onion cut into small cubes, fry in butter, adding sugar.
Tomato, yellow cheese and boiled chicken cut into small cubes, mix with vitrified onions.
From puff pastry carve rings, put them into the form for muffins, stuffing.
Eggs beat down on fluffy mass, add the cream and spice - mix.
Cupcakes pour over with the cream-egg mass, sprinkle with chopped mozzarella and put in the oven preheated to 200C.
Bake to cutting of creamy-eggs mass, and to baked of puff pastry ( about 18-20 min, after 10 minutes change the heating up-and-down to heating down)
Serve with a fresh basil leaf.
