Fish baked in tomatoes and onions

  • 500g pollack fillets
  • 1.5 teaspoon of Vegeta (vegetable spice)
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • flour
  • frying oil
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 average onion

Sprinkle fillets with seasons, roll them over flour and fry on hot oil. Then remove fillets from the pan and place them in a heat resistant dish.
Cut the onion into thin half moons and simmer it on butter with addition of sugar. Lay on the fish.
Cut tomatoes into slices. Lay on the fish.
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes. at a temperature of 190C.
Serve with potatoes or millet.
