Fish & chips

  • fresh flounder
  • oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • chopped parsley (1 tablespoon)
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • flour
  • oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon of universal seasoning
Clean the fish, cut from both sides.
With olive oil, garlic, pepper, parsley and spices to make a universal paste - rub the fish.
Sprinkle with flour on both sides.
Fry in hot oil.
Serve with chips and salad e.g. of red beets.
