Lumaconi with salmon

Big lumaconi pasta shells with salmon sauce - yum!

  • pasta lumaconi
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • oil
  • 1 large carrot
  • 100g of smoked salmon
  • 100g of natural cream cheese
  • 200g of cream 30%
  • 1 teaspoon of herbal pepper
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • salt
  • parsley

Cook the pasta al dente in salted boiling water.
Finely chop the onion - fry in oil adding sugar.
Peel the carrot and cut into thin pillars - add to the onion, fry. Then water the little amount of water - simmer until the desired softness and evaporation of water (approx. 6-7 min., Should not be overcooked).
Add the chopped salmon and cream cheese mixed with cream and spices - boil and mix with pasta.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
