Potato dumplings with chicken in horseradish sauce

  • Potato dumplings
  • Sauce:
  • 500g of water
  • 1 stock cube
  • pepper
  • 100g of thick cream
  • 40g of flour
  • 50g of grated horseradish
  • 300g fillet of chicken leg (cut into small cubes)
  • seasoning for meat
  • oil

Meat sprinkle with seasoning for meat and pepper and brown in oil.
Flour precisely dissolve in the water, add the stock cube, cream, pepper - boil stirring constantly.
At the end of cooking, add the horseradish.
Mix with the flushed meat. Serve with potato dumplings.
