Roll out puff pastry and spread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Apple peel and cut into small cubes.
Egg yolks, sugar, mixed pumpkin pulp, cream and orange juice mix.
Beat the whites - add to the mass and gently stir with a rod.

Bake in preheated oven to 190C for 40-50min.
