Rice pancakes

Ingredients: [for 8 servings]
  • 100g white rice
  • 100g brown rice
  • 150g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 20g olive oil
  • 220g water
  • 220g milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 50g rice
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 a can of corn
  • 50g good quality thin sausages
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 100g tomatoes
  • 50g grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Finely grind rice. Add the remaining ingredients - mix to a smooth dough.
Fry the pancakes on a hot pan in a little oil.
Cook rice in salt water. After cooking and draining mix with drained corn.
Dice onions, add soy sauce - fry in hot oil.
Add chopped sausages - brown them.
Add diced tomatoes - stew it all together briefly, then add it to the rice.
Add cheese, mix and season.
On each pancake put 4 tablespoons of stuffing - wrap.
Fry in hot margarine on both sides gold.
Serve hot.
