Salad with green beans

  • 1 kg green beans
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 onions shallots
  • 1 tablespoon vinegarr
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • parsley or chives
Peel the beans and cut into approx. 3 cm pieces.
Boil in salted water with garlic.
Peel the shallots and cut into small cubes, add to hot, drained beans.
Season with vinegar and olive oil, add the parsley.
Serve cold.
