Sweet and sour sauce

  • 500g of chicken
  • Vegetable seasoning
  • pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 120g of onion
  • Sweet red pepper (2 smaller peppers chopped into thin strips)
  • 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika powder
  • 1 carrot (sliced into thin columns)
  • Half a tin of corn
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • A pinch of chilli spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of curry
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 75g of sugar
  • 30g of vinegar
  • Half a tin of pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon of potato flour
Cut the chicken into strips, sprinkle with spices and fry on a frying pan.
Peel the tomato from the skin and cut into cubes, cut the onion into thin half-moons. Mix, add salt - fry.
Add the remaining ingredients, cook about 25min.
Toss potato flour in a small amount of water or pineapple juice, add to the sauce - boil (1min.)
Serve with rice or noodles.
