Salad with broccoli and almonds

  • 1 broccoli
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can of corn
  • 4 tablespoons of almond flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of thick yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic salt
Broccoli divide into smaller pieces and blanch in salted boiling water for 4 minutes.
Boil the potatoes in their skins, boil the eggs - cold cut into cubes.

Mix all ingredients, add the mayonnaise mixed with yogurt and garlic salt.
