Spinach soup

 
Ingredients:
  • 1 onion
  • butter
  • 450g frozen spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • water
  • 1 vegetable broth
  • 1.5 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Vegeta
  • 150g 30% cream
 
Finely chop the onion and fry in butter, add the spinach - then fry.
 
Add squeezed garlic, pepper and Vegeta - fry.
 
Carrot and potato grate (I've grinded in a food processor), pour water, add broth and spinach.
 
Cook for 22 minutes. at a temperature of 90C.
 

Serve in hard-boiled egg and / or semolina dumplings.
