Young cabbage with sausage

 
Ingredients:
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 young cabbage
  • 1 small onion
  • 100g canned tomatoes or tomato puree
  • 3 sausages
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 allspice
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1,5 teaspoon Vegeta
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 100g cream 30%

Shred cabbage, grate carrot on grater, dice onion and sausages.
 
Fry sausages.
 
Put vegetables, sausages, tomatoes (or puree) and spices into a pressure cooker, pour a little water - cook 7 minutes starting counting from vaporization [in traditional pot extend cooking time]
 
Precisely crush flour in cream, pour into cooker (pot), boil.
