EASTER Competition Terms & Conditions

Polonez Group Terms and Conditions:

• Competition entry is strictly over 18’s.

• The promoter is Polonez Group.

• Polonez Group is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for promotion management and fulfilment of the prize.

• The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only, aged 18 years or older excluding employees of Polonez Group, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.

• Purchase is necessary. Entry to the competition is after registering on our website www.polonez.ie.

• Multiple entries made by the same person are accepted only each enter should have got a different purchase number.

• To enter simply make a purchase in one of our Polonez shops, fill in a form online at www.polonez.ie and take a part in our raffle.

• Prize offered is as stated; winners will receive vouchers with the same price as a purchase, but not more than €150 will be awarded to a competition entry. Winners will receive a voucher to a maximum value of €150.

• The total prize is €3000, with a maximum of €150 for any individual winner.

• The Polonez Group competition will begin on Monday 30th March 2015 and will run up until Friday 10th April 2015. No Exceptions.

• The winning entrance will be chosen at last day of the competition and the winners will be announced on Polonez.ie Facebook page, and website www.polonez.ie on Monday 13th April 2015.

• Polonez Group will contact the winner via email.

• In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours to winner notification, prize becomes the property of the Polonez Group.

• Polonez Group may choose to contact entrants in the future with relevant competition/announcements relating to Polonez Group.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with other companies.
