Cauliflower soup

 
Ingredients:
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 20g of olive oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 potatoes
  • piece of celery
  • piece of parsley
  • water
  • 1 broth cube
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable spice
  • 3 grains of allspice
  • 100g of cream
  • dill
 
Chop garlic and simmer it on olive oil.
 
Peel the carrot, potatoes, celery and parsley. Then cut vegetables into cubes.
 
Pour with water, add spices - cook 30 min. at 90C.
 
Season with cream, sprinkle with fresh dill.
