Christmas dumplings

 
Ingredients: [about 230 dumplings from circles carved out by small glass - about 2cm diameter]
Dough:
  • 1 egg
  • 510g flour
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 270g of hot water
Stuffing:
  • 100g dried mushrooms
  • 100g onions
  • 20 g bread crumbs
  • butter
  • 1.5-2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1-1.5 teaspoons Vegeta

Stuffing:
 
Soak mushrooms. Pour out first water, then boil (about 10 min). Grind.
 
Cut the onion into small cubes, fry slighlty on butter, combine with mushrooms.
 
Season.
 
Dough:
 
Mix all ingredients, form a smooth dough. It should be enough soft and springy - if it's too hard, add water. Obtaining the right consistency will do dough plastic, so you will be able to impose much stuffing and stick into dumplings easily.
 
Divide dough into 4 parts, 3 of them wrap with damp cloth to not let them dry, 1 roll out into a thin cake.
 
Dumplings:
 
Carve out small circles by glass, on each put a little stuffing, stick edges precisely, then stick corner of dumpling to create ear. [according to me you stuff dumplings easier with cold stuffing - first i form beads from stuffing, then i stick dumplings - because of that i avoid staining dough with stuffing]
 
Boil in salted boiling water with the addition of oil for about 1-2 min from the moment of emerging from the water. (or 1 min longer if we wish to serve immediately)
