Beets with chrain

  • 1.2 kg beet
  • 1.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • few teaspoons of grated horseradish

Wash beets and cook them i the shell until soft.
Pour with plenty of cold water (overfill until the water runs cold), let stand for a while in the water then peel. [through pouring cold water skin falls off itself]
Grate beets on a grater with a fine mesh, season, chill in the refrigerator.
Serve, for example, with meat and sausage.
