Ingredients:

Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper and flour - fry in oil. Chop the onion into small cubes - cook 5 minutes in water with vinegar, strain.
Grate vegetables on a grater with thick mesh.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add vegetables, leaves, allspice - fry briefly, then baste with water.
Simmer until the vegetables are soft.
Add concentrate and onion - mix, season with salt and pepper.
Lay a thin layer of vegetables on a platter, then lay fried fish and cover it with the remaining vegetables.
Let stand in the refrigerator to cool.
Serve cold.
