Trottole tricolore with dried tomatoes and mascarpone

  • 250g trottole tricolore pasta
  • 1/2 jar of dried tomatoes
  • 150g raw bacon
  • 120g mascarpone cheese
  • 100g 30% cream
  • fresh basil leaves

Cut tomatoes into strips, fry briefly on a small amount of tomato oil.
Add cubed bacon - brown.
Next add mascarpone and cream - mix and boil until cheese melt.
Cook briefly until the sauce starts to thicken.
In the meantime cook the pasta al dente, add sauce, mix and serve hot sprinkled with freshly chopped basil.
