Cut the meat into small cubes, add to the onion with seasoning and fry together for a moment - until the pores are closed.
Transfer to the pressure cooker, add the broth, pour a little water - cook for 15 minutes. after the release of steam (in the case of cooking in an ordinary pot lengthen the time until the meat is soft).
Mix potato flour with a little cold water, slowly pour into the sauce, mix and boil.
Add freshly chopped dill before serving.
