Ingredients:

Chop the onion and garlic - sauté 3 minutes. in butter.
Add the chopped carrots, potatoes and beets.
Cover with water, add spices - cook 25min. at temp. 90C.
Pull out the bay leaf, add the cream, mix and boil.
Serve with boiled eggs and grated cheddar. Bon Appetit!
